Because the main target is workers, I mainly sell homemade drinks, ensuring quality and affordable prices such as black bean tea, lemonade, sugarcane juice, etc. Along with that, I also sell some dishes for workers to buy for lunch or dinner such as vermicelli, sticky rice, and various types of bread. Each cup of drink or food package costs only 5-10,000 VND. Many workers want to change their meals or save money from the company's lunch program, so they often buy food and drinks from me.

In addition, on major streets or in areas with frequent traffic, take-away drink "shops" are also popular, meeting the needs of consumers, especially during the hot summer months. The common feature of most of these take-away drink shops and points is that the seller will prepare a drink menu with specific prices posted in front of the mobile cart's mixing counter so that customers can easily see and choose the appropriate drink, then pay and take it away instead of sitting and drinking on the spot like in fixed drink shops. Realizing the high demand of the market for take-away drinks, at the beginning of the year, I decided to take a course on beverage preparation and then invest in buying a car, machinery, equipment, and raw materials to open a point of sale from this summer. After researching, I chose a location that was easy to find, near a flea market, an office lunch shop with many people passing by, and convenient roads for customers to wait and get their food and move around. Although the "shop" has only been open for a short time, because the price of drinks is affordable, only 50% of the price at fixed stores, the shop attracts a large number of customers every day to buy as well as call to order drinks delivered to their homes, most of whom are office workers.
It can be seen that the beverage business market in general and the take away models are extremely diverse and developing vigorously. This take away beverage shop model is considered a unique business method with outstanding advantages such as low capital, flexible location and easy access to many different customer groups.
