In 2024, the entire Party Building Organization sector of Quang Ngai province closely followed the direction of the Central Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, proactively advised on the comprehensive implementation of tasks according to the set programs and plans; ensuring synchronization, creativity, timeliness, quality, efficiency, focus, and key points, which were highly appreciated by the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels.

Notably, proactively advising on the comprehensive, synchronous and effective implementation of key tasks and issuing many projects, regulations, statutes, conclusions and instructions on Party building and organization work, building the province's political system, contributing to perfecting the Party's regulations on Party building and organization work.

Advise the Provincial Party Standing Committee to direct and organize the implementation of tasks related to Party building work to achieve many positive results, contributing to the overall success of the province in 2024. Actively advise on the preparation of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party to ensure synchronization and comprehensiveness. Synchronously and effectively carry out personnel work and build a contingent of cadres associated with preparing personnel for Party congresses at all levels.

Timely advise on the drastic, active and effective implementation of resolutions on Party building and rectification, and building the political system; in which, focus on advising on summarizing Resolution No. 18 of the Central Executive Committee, reorganizing the apparatus, streamlining the payroll associated with restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees with the highest sense of urgency and determination, creating high consensus and unity among cadres and party members.

The work of consolidating and building the Party organization and improving the quality of Party members has received attention and achieved positive results; the work of developing new Party members has exceeded the set plan targets. As of December 31, 2024, the whole province has admitted 2,335 new Party members, exceeding the set plan targets; of which 309 Party members are students, 87 Party members are workers in the non-state sector; bringing the total number of Party members of the entire Provincial Party Committee to more than 58,800 Party members.

Carry out well the propaganda work on Party building, especially successfully organize the 2nd Provincial Party Building Journalism Award in 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh acknowledged and commended the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and Party committees at all levels in 2024 for their great efforts in implementing a large volume of work, achieving good and quality results.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh emphasized that 2025 is the year of Party congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party and many important events of the country and the province. Reality places higher demands on the work of Party organization and building; in that context, it requires the Party Organization and Building sector of the province to continue to innovate, make efforts, and be highly determined to successfully complete the tasks of Party organization and building.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to continue advising on the effective implementation of the resolutions and conclusions of the 13th Party Central Committee on Party building and organization work; focus on advising on the preparation of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Focus on advising on the completion of the reorganization of the provincial political system; ensure that agencies, units and organizations after the reorganization operate smoothly, effectively and efficiently; promptly advise on reviewing, amending, supplementing and promulgating new regulations on functions, tasks, organizational structure, working relationships and working regulations of Party committees, agencies and units to ensure unity and synchronization.

At the same time, continue to advise on reviewing, adjusting and supplementing regulations on personnel work to be consistent with the policy of arranging and streamlining the organization of the provincial political system. Carry out the work of appointing, introducing candidates, transferring and rotating cadres to ensure conditions, standards and procedures according to regulations. Continue to advise on the regular implementation of dismissal and resignation of cadres according to regulations; strengthen control of power, prevent corruption and negativity in personnel work.

Strengthening the consolidation and building of grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members; especially promoting the emulation movement to build "four-good party cells" and "four-good grassroots party organizations" throughout the Party; focusing on leading and directing the development of party members to achieve the set targets in 2025. Focusing on consolidating and building party organizations and developing party members in the non-state sector and creating sources for developing new party members to ensure quality.

Continue to advise on improving the quality of propaganda work on Party building and organization. Promote administrative reform and enhance the application of information technology; synchronously implement digital transformation in leadership, management and operation of the Party Building and Organization sector to meet the requirements of performing tasks in the new situation.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also informed the delegates of the new regulations and conclusions of the Central Committee and the draft Guidelines of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on some contents of the district-level Party Congresses, equivalent and branch and grassroots Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 term.

On this occasion, the Central Organizing Committee awarded the "For the cause of Party organization and building work" Medal to 29 cadres and party members of the Provincial Party Committee. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee awarded the Emulation Flag of "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years, 2020 - 2024 to the Quang Ngai Power Company Party Committee and Duc Lan Commune Party Committee (Mo Duc); awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 party organizations, specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee, and party delegations that met the "Excellent completion of tasks" standard in 2024; 7 grassroots party organizations and 6 party cells under the grassroots party committees that met the "Excellent completion of tasks" standard for 5 consecutive years, 2020 - 2024; awarded Certificates of Merit to 66 party members who met the "Excellent completion of tasks" standard for 5 consecutive years, 2020 - 2024.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee awarded certificates of merit to 6 collectives and 17 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of the Party Building Organization Sector of Quang Ngai province in 2024.
