(Dan Tri) - It is expected that by the end of this year, more than 250 households in this urban area will receive certificates of land use rights, home ownership rights and other assets attached to the land.
Solid legal status of the largest green metropolis in the Central region
This morning, November 16, at the Eco Central Park urban area (nearly 200 hectares wide, in Vinh City, Nghe An Province), the first red book handover ceremony for the first resident households took place. The residents who received the first red books were the owners of a number of townhouses in The Garden subdivision. Just a short time after completing financial obligations, as well as providing complete legal documents, many residents of the largest green metropolis in the Central region had in hand the most important legal documents.
In addition to ensuring the correct construction progress, project quality, and accompanying utility services, the priority given by the founder of Ecopark to quickly completing procedures for granting red books to residents is highly appreciated by customers.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Son - representative of Ecopark founder - as soon as receiving the first applications for home ownership certificates, the investor identified this as an important step, meeting practical needs, bringing legitimate benefits and stabilizing the lives of residents. This also affirms that the investor always fulfills its financial obligations to the State.
"Understanding the residents' expectations, the investor has worked hard with the authorities to promptly hand over the red books to the residents. Immediately after this first round of red book issuance, the founder of Ecopark will work with the authorities to draw lessons so that the next rounds of red book issuance will be quicker and more convenient for residents. It is expected that by the end of this year, more than 250 households in The Garden will receive red books. The investor will coordinate with the authorities to issue red books for other subdivisions in the following rounds in 2025," said Mr. Son.
As one of the residents receiving the red book on this occasion, Ms. Vo Thi Hoa expressed her emotions when witnessing the transformation of the urban area, from a swampy land to a project of the highest stature in the Central region.
"In Vinh city, before Eco Central Park, we were not familiar with buying a house in the future, but we decided to put all our trust in the investor and were very happy when the project was implemented very quickly. We also became the first residents to receive the red book. Thank you to the investor for creating a beautiful urban area with its own identity, like a miniature city in the middle of the sunny and windy Central region," Ms. Hoa confided.
She confided that she is also a nature lover and loves the living space at Eco Central Park. That love was also spread to her family members when they decided to put down money to buy a house, and everyone was satisfied with the project's progress.
A resident who received the red book on November 16 said: "For us, the land use right certificate is very meaningful, affirming ownership of a large type of property. At the same time, this is also an important document in financial and banking transactions. Since buying the house, every weekend my wife and I have gone down to the project, standing from Swan Lake Park to watch our house being built, changing every week to the completion stage, handover and now the red book is completed. We appreciate the professionalism and reputation of the founder of Ecopark when quickly issuing land use right certificates to residents, demonstrating seriousness and methodicalness in business."
Ecopark founder honored as "Investor of the Decade"
The professionalism of Ecopark's founder in product development and urban area creation has not only won the hearts of residents but has also been recognized with more than 50 domestic and international awards.
Most recently, on the evening of November 15, in Ho Chi Minh City, the founder of Ecopark was honored by the organizers of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards - part of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards - in the category of "Developer of the Decade".
According to the organizers, the title "Developer of the Decade" is to honor outstanding and innovative developers over the past decade. The criteria for awarding the title are that the developer has won the PropertyGuru Vietnam Real Estate Awards, completed at least five projects in the past 10 years, and has at least one new project to launch in 2024. At the same time, the unit must undergo an evaluation process from the jury.
This year’s awards continue to celebrate social responsibility, presenting titles related to ESG (environment, society and corporate governance). This is a move to commend investors for their efforts in sustainable design and construction, saving energy, and creating a positive impact on society.
Eco Central Park project of Ecopark founder started construction in March 2023, with a scale of nearly 200 hectares. This is the largest project in the North Central region, a symbol of classy living in the Central region.
Eco Central Park owns the Swan Lake Park of 10 hectares, the green area of water surface is up to 50 hectares, an average of 100 trees/person, 95 times the density of trees/person in Ho Chi Minh City and about 45 times the density of trees/person in Hanoi.
Eco Central Park metropolis is an 8-minute drive from Vinh city center via Nguyen Sy Sach extended street. The launch and development of the Eco Central Park project is assessed by investors as a breath of fresh air into Nghe An real estate market, creating a shift from the narrow core area to satellite urban areas, a new central area with increasingly complete and developed traffic infrastructure.
