The leader of Nghe An Tax Department said that due to the difficult production and business situation and the impact of economic recession, in general, budget collection in localities has decreased.

Estimated domestic revenue for the whole province in 10 months reached 12,131 billion VND, reaching 83.2% of the estimate and equal to 70.5% of the same period in 2022.

Excluding land use fees and lottery fees, the accumulated domestic revenue for the first 10 months is estimated at VND 8,899 billion, reaching 80.5% of the estimate and equal to 91.7% of the same period in 2022.

Revenue from import and export activities is estimated at VND 886 billion in 10 months, reaching 70.9% of the estimate and equal to 70% of the same period in 2022.

The estimated implementation of the State budget collection in the area in the first 10 months of 2023 has not met the progress of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council (according to the progress, it is 83.33%) and is lower than the same period in 2022.
