Before being crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2024, Davin Prasath won the 4th runner-up title at the Universal Woman 2023 contest.

In recent years, many married women with children have won high rankings at the Miss Universe pageant. In 2023, mother of one Camila Avella (representing Colombia) made it into the top 5 in the Miss Universe 2023 final held in El Salvador.

According to the Organizing Committee, the final round of the Miss Universe 2024 pageant will take place on November 16 in Mexico. Nicaraguan beauty Sheynnis Palacios will hand over the crown to her successor. Vietnam has yet to send a representative to this year's pageant.
