'Missing' cancer fighter

The film Special Task Force of C21 aired in 1998 with 9 episodes telling the story of 5 classmates who share a passion for investigating and solving crimes: Minh To Cu (Tuan Long), Son So (Duc Thinh), Quang Khot (Han Quang Tu), and Sang Beo (Tung Lam).

With their intelligence and quick wit, this group of 5 helped solve many problems, contributing to maintaining security for the school and the dormitory where they lived. The film has been on air for 25 years but is still a beautiful memory for many viewers.

4 child actors made the success of "C21 Special Task Force" 25 years ago.

After many years on air, the "kid detectives" of the C21 Special Task Force have now changed a lot. The leader of the "special task force" is Minh To Cu, played by Tuan Long.

As the male lead, and given the role of team leader, combined with his intelligent and flexible acting, Tuan Long became a promising child actor at that time.

After the role of Minh To Cu, Tuan Long continued to act in films but has now retired.

After the role of Minh To Cu, Tuan Long continued to try his hand at cinema through several other films such as: Ban cung thot, Nha co cang cong iron... However, at the age of 18, he retired from acting and worked in the police force. To date, Tuan Long has almost disappeared from the entertainment industry.

Son Skull is the role of Duc Thinh - the "senior" in the "kid detective" group, he is 3 years older than the group, and has a much taller appearance. Thanks to that, Duc Thinh successfully portrayed the image of Son Skull, a martial arts expert, and a calm member of the "special task force".

Skull is currently battling cancer.

After the movie Special Task Force of C21 , Duc Thinh participated in several other movies but could not overcome the shadow of Son Da. However, he continued to work in the entertainment industry as a singer, musician, MC... He is the author of the song Tram Nam Khong Quen , performed quite successfully by singer Quang Ha.

In 2020, Duc Thinh was diagnosed with stage two lymphoma. Since then, the "Skull Mountain" has undergone chemotherapy many times, determined to fight the terrible cancer. During his treatment, he not only continued to work in the arts but also organized many charity programs to support cancer patients in difficult circumstances.

Among the main male actors of the C21 Special Forces , besides Duc Thinh, there is also Han Quang Tu (as Quang Sot) who is still active in the art field. The intelligent Quang Sot, with a small but agile appearance, has now become a professional actor.

Han Quang Tu continues to pursue acting career.

After the role of Quang Vat, Han Quang Tu participated in many more famous TV series: Cua De Danh, Lac Loi, Rung Den... He graduated from Hanoi University of Theatre and Cinema with honors in 2018 and was also retained at the school as a lecturer. Currently, Han Quang Tu continues to participate in suitable film and stage projects, and he also has a happy personal life.

Unlike the other 3 guys, Tung Lam has completely "disappeared" from the small screen since his role as Fat Sang in the C21 Special Forces. He once made an impression with the image of a funny, self-conscious fat guy, but after this movie, Tung Lam did not participate in any other roles.

After playing the role of Sang Beo, Tung Lam practiced Judo professionally for 4 years and lost more than 20kg. After 4 years of pursuing Judo, Tung Lam majored in economics in China and returned to do business following the family tradition.
