(Dan Tri) - While stopping to pick up passengers, Mr. L's car was surrounded by a man with a stainless steel pole on Pho Duc Chinh Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

On the afternoon of January 9, social media users circulated a clip recording the scene of a 16-seat bus driver being cursed by a street vendor. This person then used stainless steel poles to surround the bus while it was stopped on the road.

Through verification, the incident occurred at 6am the same day, on Pho Duc Chinh Street, District 1, HCMC.

Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, Mr. NTL (residing in Tan Phu district) said that on the same morning, he stopped his car on the street to wait for customers, not encroaching or affecting the man's sales.

However, this man approached, cursed and used many stainless steel pillars to surround Mr. L's car. About 30 minutes later, the man cleared away the pile of stainless steel pillars and Mr. L drove away from the area.

"I stopped the car according to traffic laws. The man's behavior was uncivilized. He probably thought my car was parked too close to the store, causing inconvenience," driver L. shared.

District 1 authorities have received information about the incident and are verifying and clarifying it.
