Heavy air strikes in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic
Currently, the Russian army is expanding its attacks on many fronts, causing many difficulties for Ukrainian forces.
On February 22, SF reported that Russia launched a large-scale airstrike in the Poltava region, with the main target being attacked twice during the night, the Mirgorod airport. The attack resulted in a fire at the facility, followed by a large secondary explosion. Ukrainian sources confirmed that Su-24M and MiG-29 aircraft were damaged, along with MALD and SCALP missiles.
On the Ukrainian side, the authorities confirmed Russian attacks in the Odessa region but did not provide details.
In addition, another group of Russian drones also carried out attacks on Ukrainian military positions in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic. One of the airstrikes destroyed a checkpoint of Ukrainian forces deployed south of Donetsk.
The Russian military also attacked another target in the town of Dobropolie, which is a temporary deployment point for Ukrainian forces.
As a result of precision strikes in the (self-proclaimed) Donetsk People's Republic, the Ukrainian army suffered heavy losses in manpower.

Entering Avdeyevka, Russian army reveals surprising things Ukraine did
On February 22, TASS reported that the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had turned almost every bunker in Avdeyevka into a warehouse for imported ammunition.
“The advance and movement to the center of the town is the task of the 55th Guards Brigade,” the ministry noted. The assault groups moved forward along several axes. The main forces advanced along Sobornaya Street.
“Most of the houses have Ukrainian fire units, nearby bunkers and military equipment are hidden between the houses. Almost all the bunkers have been turned into ammunition depots containing mortar bombs, hand grenade launchers, ammunition boxes, grenades and rocket-propelled grenades. Most of the weapons and supplies are foreign-made,” the statement said.
The Russian Defense Ministry added that when withdrawing from Avdeyevka, the Ukrainian army left behind a lot of evidence confirming the participation of mercenaries from the US, Canada and EU countries in military operations.
"The soldiers of the 55th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Central Military District showed the methods used by the assault groups to enter the city center, as well as the positions of the Ukrainian army and the weapons left by the Ukrainian units when withdrawing from Avdeyevka," the ministry said.
Earlier, on February 17, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu informed Russian President Vladimir Putin that Avdeyevka was under the complete control of the Russian military. The Russian Defense Ministry emphasized that information about the Russian military's advance would not be made public until the Ukrainian forces were completely defeated.
