Ukrainian sources confirmed explosions in the Mykolaiv, Odessa, Vinnytsia, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk and Khmelnitsky regions. Ukrainian authorities confirmed damage to “a number of industrial facilities” in the Vinnytsia and Odessa regions. However, Ukrainian officials did not disclose details of the damage caused by the Russian attacks.
According to SF, on March 10, the Russian attack destroyed a Ukrainian weapons depot south of Kalinovka in the Vinnytsia region. Large facilities in the area were used to store artillery shells.
The warehouses were reportedly attacked by two Russian suicide drones. The attack resulted in a massive fire at the arsenal, followed by multiple secondary explosions.
Multiple Russian drone attacks have also been confirmed in the Odessa region. Local authorities reported a major fire at an “industrial enterprise.” According to local reports, an abandoned brick factory on the northern outskirts of Odessa was attacked by four drones.
The airport in Starokonstantinov in the Khmelnitsky region was also attacked. The runway and some infrastructure at the airport were reportedly damaged. Another drone attack was also reported in Snigirevka in the Mykolaiv region, where there is an airport.
On March 10, the media also reported that a Russian Lancet suicide drone attacked two Ukrainian Navy ships. The two ships were docked at a small port near the Elevatorne settlement in the Mykolaiv region.
The first ship, the US-made 40 Defiant small patrol boat, was destroyed in the attack. At least six of these ships are in service with the Ukrainian Navy. The second ship, the Soviet-made Project 1176 landing ship Svatovo, was damaged. Svatovo is the only ship of this class in the Ukrainian Navy.
According to Lostarmour.info, a website that tracks and records military losses, the Russian military has so far attacked 12 Ukrainian Navy ships with Lancet drones. This number includes the two recent attacks on Elevatorne.
