Innovate methods, improve propaganda effectiveness
In 2023, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations at all levels innovated their methods and contents of activities, effectively carried out the tasks of propagating and mobilizing union members, association members, and people to implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State, and participate in socio-economic development.
Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thi Mai Thuy reported on the performance of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and mass organizations at the provincial level in 2023 and deployed tasks for 2024.
In the field of new rural and civilized urban construction, the whole province has mobilized nearly 297,000 m2 of land, 36,392 meters of fences and mobilized more than 2.1 million working days; continued to mobilize socialized resources to sponsor and support localities to complete new rural construction targets.
Propaganda and mobilization work for resettlement and site clearance to serve key projects and works have been focused on, especially speeding up the progress of the North-South expressway project through Ha Tinh.

For social security work, especially the program to sponsor orphans and children in especially difficult circumstances, there needs to be a close survey and proposals for more effective implementation methods.
