The Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council reviewed the content of the 18th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council.

Dien Bien TV - On the afternoon of February 19, the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee held a meeting to review the content of the 18th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council. Comrade Lo Thi Bich, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were Comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Chu Xuan Truong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and contributing opinions on two contents: Draft Resolution on establishing specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; Draft Resolution on adjusting and assigning civil servant payrolls in agencies of the People's Council, People's Committee at provincial and district levels in 2025 in Dien Bien province.

Accordingly, regarding the draft Resolution on establishing specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, delegates focused on discussing the necessity of establishing specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; names when established, organizational structure arrangement after establishment... At the same time, they agreed on the name of the resolution, content, and presentation format of the draft.

Regarding the draft Resolution on adjusting and assigning civil servant payrolls in agencies of the People's Council and People's Committee at the provincial and district levels in 2025 in Dien Bien province, delegates discussed adjusting and assigning civil servant payrolls in agencies, especially rearranging the inspection sector towards ending the activities of inspection of departments and branches; giving opinions on adjusting the name of the resolution; and the effectiveness of the resolution.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Lo Thi Bich, Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council, agreed on a number of discussion contents; received comments and contributions from delegates, thereby advising on reviewing, editing and completing reports and drafts to be submitted to the 18th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council./.
