Louis Capital Joint Stock Company (code: TGG) has just announced the resolution of the board of directors (BOD) on changing senior leaders.
Accordingly, Mr. Ngo Quang Tuan - member of the Board of Directors - has just been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors from March 27, 2023, replacing Mr. Vu Anh Sinh.
In addition to the position of Chairman, TGG will also have a change in the position of Head of the Board of Supervisors with the appointment of Mr. Do Manh Hung.
Previously, on March 23, TGG announced that Mr. Vo Kim Nguyen - General Director of the company concurrently held the position of member of the Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Ly Thanh Nha and Mr. Nguyen Thomas Thanh were appointed as independent members of the Board of Directors. Mr. Cao Viet Bach and Mr. Nguyen Kien Giang became new members of the Board of Supervisors.

This is the second major personnel change of this company since Mr. Do Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Louis Holdings, a major shareholder of Louis Capital was prosecuted and detained for investigation of stock market manipulation in early April.
Last July, Mr. Vu Anh Sinh was appointed Chairman right after Mr. Nguyen Mai Long was dismissed. Many other leaders at that time also submitted their resignations.

On April 10, the Hanoi People's Court will bring Mr. Do Thanh Nhan (former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Louis Holdings Company, member of the Board of Directors of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company and Louis Land Joint Stock Company) and 7 accomplices to trial for the crime of Stock Market Manipulation.
