Project to build commercial housing area and mixed-use - service works, new urban area Lao Cai - Cam Duong with highlight of the tallest 45-storey tower in the Northwest.
Spread over an area of nearly 7.7 hectares, located in Bac Cuong and Nam Cuong wards, the project will build two 17-storey apartment-commercial-service buildings, a 45-storey mixed-use service building, along with 115 shophouses and 32 townhouses with a maximum height of 5 floors. With a total investment of more than 4,000 billion VND, the project is considered the largest modern multi-functional commercial-service and housing complex in Lao Cai province as well as the Northwest region today.
Inspired by the winding Red River, originating from the Lao Cai border of the Fatherland and flowing into Vietnam, the investor assigned a foreign consulting unit to synchronously deploy design options, aiming at the goal and idea of building a "New Urban Area Lao Cai - Cam Duong, the river of life" .
From the image of the flow of life, combined with terraced fields and cultural values of the Northwest mountains and forests, the project will create a unique architectural complex symbolizing Lao Cai city, with the highlight being the 45-storey mixed-use service building, the tallest in the Northwest region.
In addition, integrating modern utility services such as shopping malls, event centers, cinemas, swimming pools, luxury hotels, etc. along with many other international standard facilities, the project will meet the increasing demand for quality of life of Lao Cai city residents, promoting local socio-economic development.
Working together with foreign consultants, Delta Construction Group - a unit with nearly 30 years of experience proven through a series of high-class projects, has been trusted by T&T Group to be appointed as the general contractor for this key project.
The project is implemented in phases:
Phase 1: October 2022, will be completed and put into use.
Phase 2: October 2024, T&T Group and contractors will complete and put the entire project into use.
The goal of the entire project: to become a model urban area, a service urban center serving the people of Lao Cai city, and a destination attracting a large number of domestic and international tourists.
