On the same morning, the police searched Mr. Loc's apartment in the apartment building and his workplace at the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Traditional Medicine on Nguyen Van Troi Street, Phu Nhuan District.

Previously, in October 2023, the Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency initiated a case of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" related to Mr. Huynh Nguyen Loc.
