Comprehensively and sustainably develop agriculture, forestry and fishery in association with new rural construction to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas; strive for an average annual increase in agricultural production value of 2.01% in the 2021-2025 period.
Continue to invest in infrastructure systems such as transportation, irrigation, electricity, water supply and drainage, cultural and sports centers, solidifying schools, medical stations, waste treatment, industrial clusters, etc. Increase budget revenue on the basis of developing production and business to exploit and expand revenue sources; strive to reach 150 billion VND in local budget revenue by 2025.
Continue to work with Phu Yen province to promote investment promotion and access, attract investment capital into Hoa Tam Industrial Park, Bai Goc deep-water port and industrial parks, creating momentum for economic growth of the province and town. Develop and orient the list of priority projects to attract investment in the period of 2021 - 2025, striving to mobilize about 20,000 billion VND of social development investment capital in 5 years.
Continue to implement policies to improve people's lives, ensure social security policies, strive to have a poverty rate of less than 2% (according to new criteria) by 2025, and a population participating in health insurance of over 95%. Strengthen state management in the fields of land, resources and minerals in the area. Continue to synchronously implement proactive solutions to respond to climate change, manage resources and protect the environment; proactively develop plans to prevent, avoid and mitigate natural disasters and respond to climate change. Strengthen national defense and security, maintain political security, and ensure social order and safety.
