According to the design, the library has an area of 90 m2 including 1 storage room and 1 reading room. The construction time is 90 days. The total estimated investment is nearly 594 million VND, of which the non-refundable foreign non-governmental aid capital is 500 million VND and the People's Committee of Huong Hoa district contributes nearly 94 million VND.
Once put into use, the library will help students develop a reading culture and develop reading habits. At the same time, it will create conditions and space for students and teachers to research documents and search for information to serve their studies, professional work and other educational activities.
Ba Tang Primary and Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities currently has 40 classes with nearly 1,000 students, mainly ethnic minorities. For many years, the school has had to use classrooms as libraries, which has significantly affected teaching and learning.
