On February 11, Quan Ba district coordinated with Deo Ca Group to break ground for the construction of the medical examination and treatment department of Quan Ba District General Hospital. This is a project presented to Quan Ba district by General Secretary To Lam during his visit and work in Ha Giang in the early days of the Lunar New Year.

The examination, treatment and rehabilitation department of Quan Ba District General Hospital has a construction scale of 4 floors, an area of 2,000m2; construction of gates, yards, front fences, campus landscape and investment in basic equipment; the project is directly constructed by Deo Ca Group; completion time is 120 days from the date of commencement of construction.

The total cost of the project is 30 billion VND. This is a gift from Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, to the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Quan Ba district. The project of the medical examination and treatment department of Quan Ba District General Hospital has been completed and put into use, making an important contribution to improving the quality of health care for people in the border district of Quan Ba.

Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the construction unit Deo Ca Group focused on mobilizing machinery and workers to implement the project to ensure quality, schedule, and design; paying attention to labor safety. In particular, the unit set a goal to complete the entire project by early May 2025.
It is known that Quan Ba District General Hospital is a class II hospital, invested in construction since 1999. Currently, the hospital has a scale of 130 beds but actually has nearly 200 beds. Over time, some construction items have degraded, are not synchronized in function, and have not met the requirements for examination and treatment for patients. Therefore, the gift from the General Secretary is very meaningful, helping all people in the district to soon enjoy the best medical care services./.
