The survey delegation of the Culture - Society Committee, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council has just conducted a survey on the implementation of policies, laws and Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on tourism development in Hoa Lu district.
The Department of Culture and Society, Provincial People's Council surveyed the implementation of policies and laws on tourism development in Hoa Lu district.
The delegation visited a number of houses with traditional architectural styles that are 50 years old or more in Ninh Xuan commune; a number of homestays, the ancient Vietnamese house area Co Vien Lau and the Thung Nham eco-tourism area in Ninh Hai commune. Here, the delegates grasped the situation and current status of traditional houses; listened to the wishes and thoughts of the owners in the process of preserving, using as well as renovating and preventing deterioration of the works.
The delegation also learned about the implementation of legal regulations in tourism development, the State's support policies that accommodation establishments and businesses enjoy; the results and business efficiency of the units, their contributions to the socio-economic development of the locality, the work of solving jobs for rural workers, as well as the difficulties and obstacles they are facing. The proposals and recommendations of the units were recorded by the delegation as a basis for requesting competent authorities to intervene and resolve them.
The survey team requested that sectors, localities and enterprises continue to deploy and implement policies, laws and Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on tourism development, especially support policies according to Resolution 105 of the Provincial People's Council on promulgating regulations on a number of policies to support tourism development in the province for the period 2023 - 2030.
At the same time, continue to promote propaganda and raise public awareness of the advantages of natural resources; strictly implement regulations on the Law on Heritage, protect and develop natural ecosystems; coordinate to promote communication and promote culture and tourism in many forms; focus on environmental sanitation, ensure safety for tourists; pay attention to training and fostering the workforce to improve service quality.
