(MPI) - In order to implement the goals, tasks and solutions on administrative procedure reform of the Ministry of Planning and Investment according to the documents, programs, plans and projects issued by the Government and the Prime Minister, ensuring the completion of goals and targets in 2025 and the period 2021-2025, the Minister of Planning and Investment issued Decision No. 274/QD-BKHDT dated February 11, 2025 on the 2025 Action Plan of the Working Group on reviewing and reforming administrative procedures of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

The plan aims to promptly grasp and direct the handling and removal of difficulties and obstacles in mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures that are barriers to production, business activities and people's lives within the scope and authority of the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Promote the role and enhance the responsibility of each member of the Working Group to review and reform administrative procedures of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
The plan requires effective implementation, ensuring progress and quality of tasks and solutions to reform administrative procedures, strengthen administrative discipline and order, and improve policy response capacity. In particular, focusing on the key administrative procedure reform plan for 2025 and the Government's direction in Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP on key tasks and solutions to implement the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimates for 2025, Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP on key tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness in 2025.
Focus on implementing the plan to simplify administrative procedures and citizen papers in Resolution No. 136/NQ-CP dated December 27, 2017 of the Government; implementing the plan to decentralize authority to handle administrative procedures in Decision No. 1015/QD-TTg dated August 30, 2023 of the Prime Minister; implementing the plan to simplify administrative procedures and business regulations in Decision No. 1505/QD-TTg dated December 1, 2022 of the Prime Minister; reviewing and proposing a plan to simplify internal administrative procedures under the state management of the Ministry in Decision No. 1085/QD-TTg dated September 15, 2022 of the Prime Minister.
Each member of the Working Group reviews and simplifies administrative procedures of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, proactively urges tasks related to the functions and tasks of their unit and promptly reflects difficulties and problems to the Ministry Office, synthesizes reports for the Ministry's leaders to consider and direct.
Each member of the Working Group proactively works and closely coordinates with the assigned ministries, branches and localities according to the direction and supervision in the process of performing the assigned tasks. Timely reflect arising issues, difficulties and obstacles for the Standing Agency of the Working Group to synthesize and report to the Head of the Working Group and the Prime Minister for consideration and direction.
Enhance the responsibility of each member of the Working Group in the activities of the Working Group; strengthen dialogue and work with member agencies of the Advisory Council and the business community to listen to and remove difficulties and obstacles in mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures that are barriers to production and business activities of enterprises and people's lives./.
