The contest "Deliver effectively - receive joy" is organized by J&T Express exclusively for shippers - delivery people who are always dedicated to their work, striving with the goal of "today being a better version of yourself yesterday" to bring labor values ​​to themselves and customers.

After more than 1 month of implementation, from thousands of shipper profiles, the first 80 awards were selected to reward efforts with 3 criteria: style - attitude - efficiency. The award value ranges from 2 million VND to 10 million VND. It is worth mentioning that the major awards are not only concentrated in big cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City but also spread to new urban areas of type 2, 3 and suburban areas nationwide.

As someone who has been involved in express delivery for many years, holding many different positions from delivery staff to manager, Mr. Khanh Huy - head of the post office, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City shared: " Shipper brothers are very excited about this competition. It's not just about feeling cared for and recognized, but also about the motivation for us to overcome ourselves, overcome the days of discouragement and not wanting to run to work better every day ."

" Not simply receiving and delivering goods, shippers truly have a job that serves hundreds of people. On sunny days as well as rainy days, shippers shuttle around the streets, making hundreds of phone calls to customers to arrange the time and route most reasonably.

Even though I was tired and had just met a difficult customer who refused to receive the goods after many appointments, I had to be friendly with the customer on another call. Despite my efforts, not all orders were delivered successfully. On days of heavy rain, I felt anxious looking at the undelivered packages behind me and not knowing what to do, " Huy added.

It can be said that, along with the development of e-commerce and online sales in recent times, the shipper profession has also developed accordingly. Although it does not require special expertise, the shipper profession requires a high sense of responsibility from the worker so that the packages arrive at their destination safely and intact.

Analyzing the characteristics of the profession, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung - Chairman of the Vietnam E-commerce Association - once commented in a seminar discussing the delivery industry: " For shippers, they are the ones representing shop owners to contact customers.

In terms of roles, they are both accountants who calculate the goods, marketers who meet customers, and customer care people who hold products and directly contact customers. Receiving a package from a shipper who is gentle, attentive, thoughtful, and packaged intact and quickly gives the shop another reason for customers to come back .
