The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that since this morning, they have bombed more than 300 Hezbollah sites, according to AFP. The IDF previously announced that they had carried out more than 150 airstrikes in just one hour, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on September 23.

Lebanon's Health Ministry confirmed that at least 100 people were killed and more than 300 injured in Israeli airstrikes today, according to Reuters.
In response, Hezbollah claimed to have launched rockets at Israeli military positions. The IDF said that about 25 rockets from Lebanon were fired towards the northern Israeli city of Safed, according to The Times of Israel .
Some rockets were shot down by Israeli air defense systems, while others fell in open areas and near the Ami'ad community.
"We are intensifying our attacks in Lebanon, and the actions will continue until we achieve our goal of bringing the people of the north back to their homes safely," Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said in a video released today, according to Reuters.
Israel has warned Lebanese citizens to evacuate areas where Hezbollah is storing weapons.
Residents in southern Lebanon have received calls telling them to immediately stay 1,000 meters away from any positions used by Hezbollah, Reuters reported. Evacuation calls were reported as far away as the Lebanese capital Beirut.
Lebanese Communications Minister Ziad Makary said his ministry had received a similar call to evacuate the building, but stressed that his ministry would not do so. “This is psychological warfare,” Makary told Reuters.
Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati has denounced Israel's heavy attacks on Hezbollah targets in eastern and southern Lebanon as a "destructive plan," according to The Times of Israel .
Meanwhile, the Kremlin said today that the risk of escalating attacks by Israel and Hezbollah is a matter of great concern to Russia. "Tensions are increasing. This is a matter of great concern to us," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, according to AFP.
