Comrade Ta Van Long, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies, presented the Decision to present flowers to congratulate the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies.
The Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies was established and launched on February 3, 2025 according to Project No. 27-DA/TU dated January 26, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Decision No. 1321-QD/TU dated January 27, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Party Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial Party agencies; Decision No. 1331-QD/TU dated January 27, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on the appointment of the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial Party agencies, term 2020 - 2025.
At the First Conference of the Party Executive Committee of provincial agencies, delegates promoted the spirit of responsibility and democracy, focused on discussing, giving opinions and approving the Draft Working Regulations of the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies, term 2020 - 2025; Draft Work Program of the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in 2025; Proposal to establish specialized agencies, advising and assisting the Party Committee. These are important contents, serving as the basis for implementing the tasks of the Party Committee in accordance with the principles and regulations of the Party.
At the Conference, the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies also announced the Decision to establish specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies, including: the Organization Committee, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Inspection Committee, the Party Committee Office and announced the Decisions on personnel work at the units.
Concluding the Conference, comrade Ta Van Long - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies congratulated the comrades appointed to the positions of heads and deputy heads of departments and agencies under the Party Committee.
He requested that agencies and comrades promote their sense of responsibility and experience gained through their work, continue to unite, make efforts, and promptly get to work to ensure that all tasks are implemented smoothly and promptly, without delay or congestion.
Along with the common tasks of the whole province, 2025 is a very important year, a year of acceleration and breakthrough to reach the finish line, playing a decisive role in the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, towards the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, with a lot of work to be implemented, including many new, difficult, unprecedented contents, requiring high quality and time progress.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee said that as a newly established Party Committee, it is necessary to promote the spirit of solidarity, actively make efforts, innovate thinking and leadership methods to organize and implement tasks scientifically and systematically; mobilize the strength of Party organizations, agencies and units in the Party Committee, join hands and unite to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and successfully carry out assigned goals and tasks.

To successfully complete the proposed work program, Mr. Ta Van Long, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agencies, suggested focusing on implementing the following key tasks: Focusing on thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the Action Program No. 246 of the Provincial Party Committee on leading the implementation of tasks in 2025; proposing specific, suitable, feasible, and flexible solutions in implementation to successfully and comprehensively complete the political goals and tasks in 2025.
Quickly continue to closely follow the directives and instructions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to seriously implement Directive No. 35 dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Immediately deploy the work contents to prepare conditions for the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, especially the Party Congresses of provincial Party agencies.
The comrade requested that the grassroots Party Committees and Party cells in agencies and units where the Party delegation and Party executive committees have ended their activities amend and supplement the working regulations of the Party Committee and Party Cell according to Regulation No. 255-QD/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Secretariat. Newly established grassroots Party organizations (Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Party Cells of provincial Party agencies) promptly develop working regulations to implement the tasks of the Party Committee and Party Cell in accordance with regulations. At the same time, review, supplement and promulgate the annual Work Program; the inspection and supervision program for 2025 and other work programs and plans for implementation.
Strengthen propaganda work, create high unity within the Party, consensus among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers on policies, task requirements, streamlining the organizational apparatus in the new situation. Pay attention to consolidating, perfecting and building strong mass organizations, gradually innovating operating methods towards depth, quality and practical efficiency. To complete the targets and tasks of 2025.
