Attending the conference were comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; representatives of the Central Party Committees, the Central Party Office; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Comrade Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee focused on giving opinions on the draft of 10 outstanding events and results of Tuyen Quang province in 2024. Accordingly, 10 outstanding events and results of Tuyen Quang province in 2024 were comprehensively selected in the fields of politics, economy, culture - society, national defense, security, foreign affairs... of the province. The delegates basically agreed with the event contents drafted by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Delegates suggested that the selection of outstanding events and results should be qualitative, quantitative, have positive impacts, and spread to create consensus among the people. The content of the selected events should be practical, focused, effective, and appropriate to the actual situation of the province; promote creativity, have positive impacts, and spread to create consensus among the people.

Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Affairs Department spoke at the conference.

The Provincial Party Secretary noted that the content of the selected outstanding events must demonstrate the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the government, which is groundbreaking and has a strong impact on the development of the province in 2024. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department received comments and discussions to supplement and adjust the draft of 10 outstanding events and results of the province in 2024. Thereby, aiming to improve the effectiveness of information and propaganda on the socio-economic development results of the province in 2024; promote the culture, people, land, potentials and advantages of the province to domestic and international friends.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan spoke at the conference.

The 60th meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee also gave opinions on the Regulations on funding levels and support levels from the state budget to implement a number of policies on forest protection and development in the province; amending and supplementing the Regulations on policies to encourage the development of organic agricultural production in the province; the policy of converting forest use purposes to other purposes to implement projects in the province; amending and supplementing regulations on non-professional workers; people participating in activities in villages, hamlets, and residential groups; allocating operating costs at the commune, hamlet, and residential group levels in the province; on adjusting the 2021-2025 medium-term public investment plan with local budget capital; the 2nd phase of the 2025 local budget public investment plan in Tuyen Quang province; adjusting the investment policy for the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project, phase 1.   and other important content.
