Naval Academy attracts students through sea and island conference

On March 31, the Naval Region 4 Command coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Ninh Thuan Provincial Department of Education and Training to organize a conference to promote sea and island issues for more than 500 grade 12 students at Thap Cham High School and Chu Van An High School located in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City (Ninh Thuan).

Representatives of Navy Region 4 presented 20 gifts (total value of 10 million VND) to 20 poor students who overcame difficulties.

The reporters informed about the position, role and importance of Vietnam's seas and islands; the current situation in our country's seas; the role of the Vietnam People's Navy in the task of protecting the sovereignty of the seas, islands and continental shelf of the Fatherland; the viewpoints and policies of the Party and State in the struggle to protect the sovereignty of the seas and islands.

In addition, students are also consulted and provided with additional information about the conditions and admission process to the Naval Academy; the regime and policies for students, officers and forces in the Navy... to help students understand the standards, procedures and orientation for themselves when registering for the Naval Academy in the upcoming entrance exam.
