In the 2024-2025 school year and the following school years, the Deputy Head of the District Education and Training Department hopes that school leaders will pay real attention to scientific research activities of teachers and students. This is considered an important task in implementing education in the direction of developing learners' capacity.
Along with that, schools do a good job of promoting the contest to a large number of staff, teachers and students, promoting the scientific research movement of teachers and students; encouraging staff and teachers to actively respond and participate in guiding students in scientific research.

According to the Deputy Head of the District Education and Training Department, the purpose of the contest is to encourage students of secondary schools in Bac Tu Liem district to conduct scientific research; create technical and technological innovations and apply learned knowledge to solve practical problems.
The contest is organized to contribute to innovating teaching methods; forms and methods of assessing learning outcomes; developing students' capacity and qualities; promoting teachers to self-improve their professional capacity and skills; and improving the quality of teaching in educational institutions.
In addition, the contest also creates opportunities for students to introduce their scientific and technical research results; enhance exchanges and learning experiences between students and teachers of schools; select quality research products to compete at the city level.

The 4 best products of 4 secondary schools: Co Nhue 2; Dong Ngac; Lien Mac; Newton Secondary - High School competed in the fields of Chemistry - Biology; Animal Science; Biomedicine and Health.
The 9 best projects of 9 secondary schools: Phu Dien A; Co Nhue 2; Phu Dien; Minh Khai; Nguyen Thi Minh Khai; Phuc Dien; Thuong Cat; Thuy Phuong; Xuan Dinh competed in the field of Social Sciences - Behavior.
