(Dan Tri) - The principal of Le Van Tam Secondary School in Gia Lai province has been absent for over a month. Teachers have visited his home and contacted him by phone but have been unsuccessful.
On November 28, a representative of Le Van Tam Secondary School (Ia Pior Commune, Chu Prong District, Gia Lai Province) said that the school principal has not been to work for more than a month.
Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Le Van Ban, Vice Principal of Le Van Tam Secondary School, said: "Up to now, Mr. Doan Huu Khue, Principal of the school, has not come to work at the office. Teachers in the school have come to his house to look for him and contacted him by phone but have not been able to reach him."

According to Mr. Ban, the absence of the principal has caused some work of directing and signing documents to be delayed. In response to this, the school has repeatedly petitioned the District People's Committee and relevant agencies of Chu Prong District for a solution.
"Recently, some people have come to the school to contact Mr. Khue to collect debts. Considering that this is a civil matter, the school has instructed everyone to report it to the authorities," said Mr. Ban.
According to information, the authorities of Chu Prong district are contacting Mr. Doan Huu Khue to consider responsibility and take disciplinary action because this person has been absent from work for over a month.
As Dan Tri reported, for more than a month now, the Principal of Le Van Tam Secondary School has not come to work at school, causing the November salary of staff and teachers to be delayed in payment.
In response to this, the District People's Committee has directed the professional department to pay salaries to teachers and staff in the school according to regulations.
