Nghe An Provincial People's Council has issued a Notice of convening the 25th session (regular session at the end of 2024) of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 to review 34 reports; review and approve 48 resolutions. At the 25th session of the Provincial People's Council, there will also be questions and answers on two issues related to culture and health:
Cultural field: groups of issues on solutions to implement the target of the rate of cultural villages, hamlets, and blocks; the rate of communes, wards, and towns with cultural and sports institutions meeting the criteria according to regulations and targets set out in Resolution 18/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2020 of the People's Council of Nghe An province; Management of outdoor advertising activities to ensure practicality and effectiveness; Building a healthy cultural environment associated with building, perfecting and promoting the personality and identity of Nghe people; developing cultural industry in the province.
Health sector: groups of issues on the implementation of the autonomy mechanism in public hospitals in the province today; The situation of drug supply, medical examination and treatment services under health insurance for health insurance patients, especially patients with serious illnesses and poor patients, ethnic minority and mountainous areas. Implementation of the target on combating malnutrition in children in the province for the period 2021 - 2025.
In addition, it is expected that questions will be expanded on economic, cultural, social, defense - security, foreign affairs, etc.
To prepare for the session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council previously issued a Plan for organizing the session, in which it requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant sectors and units to carefully prepare, ensure the deadline and quality of the assigned contents; assign representatives of the Provincial People's Committee and Heads of departments, branches and sectors to preside over the drafting of reports and draft resolutions to fully attend the review meetings of the Standing Committee and Committees of the Provincial People's Council; direct the sending of reports, submissions and draft resolutions to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council as required.
The Committees of the Provincial People's Council, as assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, shall proactively arrange the schedule for reviewing reports, submissions, and draft resolutions; send the results of the review to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee before the date; coordinate with the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to prepare submissions, draft resolutions and reports for the session in a timely manner, ensuring quality; prepare the contents for the question-and-answer session at the session. Assign the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to advise and prepare conditions for the session.

+ Afternoon: Approval of draft resolution and closing of session.
