A representative of Hanoi Metro Limited Company has just announced that in order to best serve the travel needs of the capital's people and tourists welcoming the Lunar New Year 2025, the unit has operated trains throughout Tet.

During the 5 days of Lunar New Year (from January 26 to 31), route 2A (Cat Linh - Ha Dong) and route 3.1 (Nhon - Hanoi station) completed 100% of passenger trains according to the proposed plan.

Specifically, the two routes operated 1,780 passenger trains with a total distance of more than 19,300 km. Of which, route 2A operated 900 trains; route 3.1 operated 880 trains.

Passenger transport output of the 2 routes reached more than 74.5 thousand trips (route 2A had over 50.9 thousand trips; route 3.1 had over 23.5 thousand trips).

It is known that today (February 3), the Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station route began operating according to the standard schedule (weekdays, trains start running from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., 10 minutes apart/trip, 6 minutes apart during rush hour; on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, trains run from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., 10 minutes apart/trip).
