According to information from the Hanoi Department of Construction, as of August 28, the city has more than 5,300 new houses (including apartments and low-rise buildings) from 9 projects, eligible for sale of future real estate.
The largest project is located in the new urban area of Tay Mo - Dai Mo - Vinhomes Park (Vinhomes Smart City Urban Area) with over 2,409 apartments. This project is invested by Anh Sao Trading and Business Development Company Limited. The commercial name of this project is Lumi Hanoi.
Lumi Hanoi is developed by Capitaland and will be officially introduced to the market in November 2023. The total project development value is expected to be more than 1 billion Singapore dollars (equivalent to 18,000 billion VND). The project has a total area of nearly 5.6 hectares, providing about 4,000 apartments.
The second largest project approved for sale this time is a series of apartments on lot F4-CH02 in Vinhomes Smart City Urban Area with more than 1,330 apartments.
Next is the Sunshine Crystal River high-rise housing investment project combining commercial services and low-rise housing with a total of 1,015 units. This project has the commercial name Noble Crystal Tay Ho.
Social housing project CT-05, CT-06 in Thanh Lam - Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area, invested by Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation, has 214 apartments.

In addition, projects of Post Office Investment and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, DAC Hanoi Housing Development and Construction Joint Stock Company, Hanoi Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company, Van Xuan Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 4... were also approved to be eligible to sell houses in this period.
According to Cushman & Wakefield’s Q2/2024 report, in the second half of this year, the Hanoi real estate market is expected to welcome about 9,500 new apartments. Most of this supply will be concentrated in the western region.
In 2025, suburban districts, including Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Ha Dong, Hoai Duc, Hoang Mai, Long Bien and Thanh Tri... are predicted to dominate the future apartment supply thanks to infrastructure development and urban planning initiatives.
