On the morning of October 6, at the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation organized the Ha Nam Provincial Digital Transformation Day Program and responded to the National Digital Transformation Day 2023 (CDS). Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Program and responding to the National CSC Day 2023, Comrade Nguyen Duc Vuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation, highlighted the province's digital transformation results in the areas of Digital Infrastructure, Digital Data, Digital Platform, Digital Human Resources, Network Information Security, Digital Government, Digital Economy, and Digital Society.
Up to now, 100% of departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities have local networks and Internet connections. 95% of the population is covered by 3G, 4G mobile information. The provincial administrative procedure settlement information system has been connected and officially exploited to integrate, store and share data with the administrative procedure settlement information system to integrate and share data with the Information System to re-digitize information of organizations and individuals in administrative procedure settlement. Over 2,770 enterprises in the province have used digital platforms; over 1,000 agricultural production households have participated in 3 e-commerce platforms; 100% of enterprises in the province have used electronic invoices; 47.3% of people know digital technology skills...
However, many models of Project 06 are new to the units, the officers in charge of the Project of some departments are concurrently in charge of different fields or have changed, so research, consultation, deployment and implementation still face many difficulties. The pilot content of enriching and cleaning land data, difficulties in distributing and collecting ballots...
With the theme " Exploiting digital data to create value", this year's Digital Transformation Day will continue the programs and activities to accelerate the implementation of national digital transformation tasks, raise awareness of the whole society about the role, significance and benefits of digital transformation; promote the participation of the entire political system in synchronous action at all levels and the participation of the entire population to ensure the success of digital transformation.
Comrade Nguyen Duc Vuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation, affirmed: The activities in response to Digital Transformation Day on October 10 this year will contribute to strengthening the cooperation relationship in developing information and communication technology of the province with central agencies, provinces, cities and partners, enterprises to support the construction of digital government, smart cities, and gradually implement digital transformation to serve socio-economic development.
At the program, leaders of Phu Ly City People's Committee, the best performing unit in the province in digital transformation work at present, and representatives of telecommunications enterprises shared experiences in organizing and implementing digital transformation work; introduced technological solutions and applications to support and promote digital transformation. The Provincial People's Committee officially launched and put into operation the integrated data sharing platform (LGSP) of Ha Nam province and the Mineral Activities Management System and Mineral Database in Ha Nam province.
