In particular, for fresh rice, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of An Giang province, the current price of IR 50404 rice (fresh) decreased by 100 VND, fluctuating at 5,300 - 5,500 VND/kg; OM 5451 rice fluctuated at 5,800 - 6,100; Dai Thom 8 rice fluctuated at 6,600 - 6,800; OM 380 rice fluctuated at 6,600 - 6,700 VND/kg; OM 18 rice fluctuated at 6,500 - 6,700 VND/kg; Nhat rice fluctuated at 7,800 - 8,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa 9 fluctuated at 9,200 VND/kg.

In Lap Vo (Dong Thap), the supply is low, the Cambodian rice supply is quite good, the warehouses buy evenly, the price does not fluctuate much. In Sa Dec (Dong Thap), the amount is scattered, the price of some types of rice has decreased slightly.

Currently, regular rice fluctuates at 16,000 - 17,000 VND/kg; Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of 28,000 VND/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Huong Lai rice 22,000 VND/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; common white rice is at 17,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice is at 22,000 VND/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice is at 21,000 VND/kg; Soc rice usually fluctuates at 18,000 VND/kg; Soc Thai rice is at 21,000 VND/kg; Japanese rice is at 22,000 VND/kg.
In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices today decreased slightly compared to the beginning of the week. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), currently 5% standard rice is at 397 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 372 USD/ton; 100% broken rice is at 310 USD/ton.
