At the groundbreaking ceremony, General Director of Gamuda Land (HCMC), Mr. Andrew Chan shared: “Binh Duong New City possesses many strategic advantages in terms of geography and rapid urbanization. Artisan Park is the first project of Gamuda Land with a prime location here. The project is part of the fast capital turnover strategy in Gamuda Land's business expansion plan in Vietnam".
“Artisan Park is envisioned to be a vibrant and bustling shopping destination for people living in Binh Duong province and neighboring provinces and cities. When the project is completed, residents and visitors will experience a green, airy space with a strong biophilic architecture, bringing harmony between urban living standards and nature,” Mr. Andrew Chan added.
Located on the frontage of Le Hoan Street, Binh Duong New City, Artisan Park project is close to a complex of more than 40 utilities, fully serving the needs from dining to shopping and entertainment. Most recently, the Japanese Aeon Mall shopping area (only 5 minutes drive from the project) has just opened, bringing great convenience to the residents here.
The project is expected to be completed in 2025. Currently, 80% of the townhouses here have owners. For the current sales policy for the remaining townhouses, homebuyers only have to pay up to 30% before receiving the handover, with the only incentive applied at this time, when the project is still under construction.
