On April 20, in Da Nang, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Huy Dung and Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang announced and presented Decision No. 261/QD-TTg recognizing FPT Office Complex (FPT Complex) as a centralized information technology park to Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, General Director of FPT.

Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Huy Dung said that this is a meaningful event affirming the important role of Da Nang City in the development of the information technology (IT) - communications industry in Vietnam.
Up to now, concentrated IT parks in Vietnam have initially achieved certain successes, with models that have inspired other places such as Quang Trung Software Park, Da Nang Software Park and today, the concentrated IT park FPT Complex.
Thus, FPT Complex will enjoy all preferential policies on tax and investment for concentrated IT parks as prescribed in Decree No. 154/2013/ND-CP and other preferential policies applicable to concentrated IT parks as prescribed by law.

Currently, FPT Complex is the workplace of more than 6,000 employees in the software sector. It is expected that in 2024, FPT Complex will complete phase 3, providing workplaces for 10,000 employees.
Sharing at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, General Director of FPT said, “FPT Complex not only contributes to the development of FPT in particular and Da Nang City in general, but also contributes to bringing a new image of life to Da Nang people through creating thousands of stable jobs and hundreds of international delegations”.
With the desire to turn Da Nang into a global digital resource center, Mr. Khoa expressed his hope that Da Nang City leaders will continue to create conditions for the development of a connection ecosystem as well as expand FPT Complex in the next 3-5 years and promote attracting investors to Da Nang to promote green economic development, expand the network of high-quality human resource training centers to create new attraction for Da Nang.
