The meeting focused on resolving issues arising between the two sessions; evaluating the work of July and deploying key tasks for August.
The delegates focused on reviewing, commenting and approving Report No. 4175/TTr-UBND dated July 24, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on the allocation of budget estimates for the implementation of the task of providing public irrigation products and services in 2023; Report No. 3557/TTr-UBND dated June 23, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on the allocation of budget for the implementation of the digital transformation task of Dak Nong province in 2023 for the above content; Report No. 4254/TTr-UBND dated July 26, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on the allocation of budget for the implementation of the digital transformation task of Dak Nong province in 2023.
Also at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council approved the reports on the development of the State budget estimate for 2024, the 3-year State budget financial plan for 2024-2026; financial support for associations; soliciting opinions on the planning content of Dak Nong province for the period 2021-2030; registering to supplement the resolution promulgating the list of public career services using the State budget in the field of agriculture and rural development in Dak Nong province; registering to supplement the list of resolutions submitted at the December 2023 Thematic Session of the 4th Provincial People's Council.
After the delegates reviewed, commented on and approved the reports, comrade Luu Van Trung requested relevant units to review, supplement and adjust some contents according to the opinions agreed upon at the meeting.
Regarding Official Dispatch No. 4048/UBND-KT dated July 18, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on asking for the opinion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on assigning the 2023 public investment plan with foreign capital allocated from the central budget and re-loan capital for the dam repair and safety improvement project (WB8) in Dak Nong province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council assigned the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council to study the plan to remove the central capital source and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council for reconsideration.
