Hàng loạt cổ phiếu trên UPCoM bị đình chỉ giao dịch

A series of stocks on UPCoM have been suspended from trading.

According to HNX, the basis for considering suspending stock trading is that the organizations registered for trading have not published audited annual financial statements for three consecutive financial years or more. This is a serious violation of the obligation to disclose financial statements of organizations registered for trading on the UPCoM market.

Previously, these businesses were restricted from trading due to late submission of financial reports as prescribed and no remedial measures were taken.

Pursuant to the regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions issued together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange and under the guidance of the Vietnam Stock Exchange, to protect the interests of investors, the Hanoi Stock Exchange has handled violations according to its authority.

Stocks will be considered for removal from trading suspension when the trading registration organization has a written request with documents proving that the cause leading to the stock being suspended from trading has been completely remedied.
