Dak R'lap achieved and exceeded 8/17 target groups.

According to the assessment, since the beginning of the term, the Dak R'lap District Party Committee has focused on leading, directing, and promptly concretizing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the resolutions, directives, regulations, and conclusions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees in accordance with the characteristics and situation of the district.

Since the beginning of the term, the Dak R'lap District Party Committee has focused on leading, directing, and promptly concretizing resolutions of Party congresses at all levels and directives and resolutions of the Central and provincial governments.

The District Party Committee promptly issued documents to lead and direct Party committees, authorities at all levels, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to implement in the fields of socio-economics; national defense - security, Party building and political system, propaganda and mass mobilization.

Up to now, the whole district has 8/17 target groups reaching and exceeding the resolution, 5/17 target groups reaching over 70% and expected to reach by the end of the term. The key tasks and strategic breakthroughs have been focused on and implemented drastically, initially bringing clear results.

However, the implementation of the resolution still has limitations such as the construction of some resolution targets that do not ensure high feasibility. 4/17 groups of targets are expected to not be achieved, including economic growth; State budget revenue; poverty rate; new rural criteria and striving to become a town before 2025.

Comrade Phan Nhat Thanh, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Council, affirmed that this is an important conference to evaluate the achieved results, point out shortcomings, limitations, and lessons learned to better implement the targets set out in the District Party Resolution for the 2020-2025 term.

The work of directing, grasping and forecasting the situation is sometimes not timely; the situation of rural security and religion is potentially complicated. The work of building the Party, the political system, and the quality of Party cell activities in some places is not very effective. The work of developing Party members is still difficult, especially in enterprises...

In the coming time, the District Party Committee will continue to strengthen the leadership and direction of agencies, units, localities, and Party organizations to implement the general goals set by the Congress, which are to strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; promote confidence, arouse the will and aspirations of the people of all ethnic groups in the district; take advantage of potential opportunities and advantages for rapid and sustainable development; maintain political and social stability, and ensure national defense and security.

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Chien requested that the Party Committee, government and people of Dak R'lap district continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, effort and creativity, with the highest political determination to strive to complete the main goals set out in the Resolution of the 9th District Party Congress. In particular, focusing on 3 breakthroughs and 5 key tasks identified and approved by the District Party Congress.

Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Chien requested that the district needs to be determined, resolute, and focused to lead and direct the implementation to achieve and exceed the targets set out in the Resolution.

The entire Party Committee continues to closely follow the policies and resolutions of higher levels and the political tasks of the province, thereby concretizing them in accordance with the actual situation of the district; overcoming the shortcomings and limitations pointed out after half of the term; analyzing deeply, frankly acknowledging to promptly correct, draw experience and promptly overcome them in the remaining half of the term.

Tasks and solutions for economic development need to be promoted, with a focus on continuing to exploit the maximum potential and advantages for comprehensive development in all areas of agriculture, new rural construction, trade, tourism services, and industry. Localities need to focus on implementing well the work of land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance for key projects and works; continue to strongly improve the investment and business environment to synchronously attract resources for investment and development...

The entire Party Committee synchronously implements solutions to build and rectify the Party and the political system to be truly clean and strong. Identifying this as a key task; promoting the implementation of solutions to substantially improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels; tightening discipline and administrative order, resolutely fighting against degradation within the Party, firmly consolidating the great solidarity bloc and the close relationship between the Party and the People.

Comrade Le Van Chien emphasized that the coming time is very difficult, while the term is not long, so the entire Party Committee needs to promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy, courage, and consensus in leadership and direction; remind cadres and civil servants not to be too afraid or shy about work, and to do the right thing for the people and the country.
