Kinhtedothi - The Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Agencies Bloc requested units to deploy plans to prepare for the organization of Party Congresses at all levels, focusing on leadership so that the Party Congress is truly a great festival, an opportunity to consolidate and rearrange personnel work.

This afternoon, October 24, the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Agencies Bloc held the 20th Conference of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the City Agencies Bloc, term XIII, 2020-2025.

Completed 30/38 key tasks to ensure quality and progress.

At the Conference, delegates reviewed and discussed the following contents: results of Party building work in the first 9 months of the year, key tasks for the last 3 months of 2024 of the Party Committee of the Bloc; results of inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement work in the Party in the first 9 months of 2024; summary of Program No. 06-CTr/ĐUK dated January 22, 2021 of the Party Committee of the Bloc on improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations (TCCS) and the quality of party members; building a clean and strong Party Committee; promoting administrative reform for the period 2021-2025; summary of Program No. 07-CTr/ĐUK dated January 22, 2021 of the Party Committee of the Bloc on "improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption work; practicing thrift and combating waste for the period 2021-2025".

According to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the City's Agencies, in the first 9 months of 2024, closely following the direction of the City Party Committee, the coordination of the Party Delegation of the People's Council, the Party Executive Committee of the People's Committee, the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the City, the Party Committee of the Bloc and grassroots Party Committees have well implemented the tasks and solutions according to the proposed work programs and plans, completing 30/38 key tasks in the 2024 work program.

Notably, towards the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee of the Bloc (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has directed the implementation of a peak emulation campaign throughout the Party Committee, with emulation activities diverse in form, rich in content, suitable to the characteristics of each unit's situation: launching emulation to perform tasks; registering typical works and tasks; organizing incense offering and reporting activities at President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; offering incense at Bac Son Monument, Thang Long Imperial Citadel...

In particular, in order to portray the pride in the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, the vow of loyalty and steadfast belief in the Party and review the glorious milestones on the 70-year journey of construction and growth, accompanying the rise of the Capital and the country, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc coordinated with Hanoi Radio and Television Station to organize the political and artistic program "Forever the belief in the Party"; solemnly organized the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee of the Bloc, receiving the Third-class Labor Medal awarded by the President.

At the same time, the Party Cells under the Party Committee of the Bloc have implemented special emulation, contributing significantly to maintaining political stability, socio-economic development, ensuring security, order and safety in the capital and the Party building work of the city. As a result of the summary of the peak emulation period, 17 collectives and 14 individuals were honored to receive certificates of merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee; 11 collectives and 15 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc.

Deploying preparations to well organize Party Congresses at all levels

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Agencies Bloc Doan Trung Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the Party Committee of the Bloc and Party Cells since the beginning of the year in carrying out assigned political tasks. The Party Committee of the Bloc has completed 30/38 tasks; with the remaining 8 tasks belonging to the tasks of the fourth quarter, it continues to strive to complete, moving towards basically achieving and exceeding the targets of the entire term.

Notably, over the past 9 months, the Party Committee of the Bloc and agencies and units have continued to lead the implementation of tasks affirming the role and responsibility of Party organizations. Up to now, the units have basically had full working regulations; overcoming existing limitations in implementing working regulations. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has led work with units with difficulties, units with existing problems that need to be overcome after the in-depth review of 2023; up to now, the units have developed plans with specific content to overcome existing problems and limitations.

Regarding the tasks from now until the end of the year, the Party Secretary of the Bloc requested the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc and the Party organizations to focus on reviewing the implementation of the targets and tasks of 2024, in the context that agencies and units have many accumulated contents, especially in the implementation of the Capital Law with many policies that must be implemented from the beginning of 2025.

At the same time, it is recommended that units implement plans to prepare for the organization of Party Congresses at all levels, noting that some units will organize model Congresses starting from December 2024. In particular, it is necessary to focus on leadership so that the Party Congresses at units are truly great festivals, an opportunity to consolidate and rearrange personnel work.

At the same time, the Party Secretary of the Bloc requested that units focus on consolidating the organizational structure, regulations and rules from the Bloc Party Committee to agencies and units; participate in reports submitted to the 18th Congress of the City Party Committee based on the functions, tasks and practical situation of the City; strengthen dialogue activities between Party committees, leaders and socio-political organizations...
