Attending on the Central side were comrade Phung Quang Hiep, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Chemical Group; comrades of the Editorial Team of the 14th Party Congress Documents and the Central Theoretical Council.

On the Lao Cai province side, there were comrade Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Pham Toan Thang, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

During the past term, the Party Committee of Apatit Vietnam Company Limited achieved many outstanding results, some production and business targets reached and exceeded the set plan such as: the average growth rate of industrial production value reached 10%/year; total revenue increased by an average of 5%/year ; the whole term contributed nearly 3,000 billion VND to the State budget; total pre-tax profit of the whole term reached 3,037 billion VND.

During the 2025 - 2030 term, the Company's Party Committee determined to continue to innovate and improve the leadership capacity of the Party organization, focusing on the development of Party members; maintain stable production and business activities, striving for 10% growth per year; total annual profit reaching 300 billion VND; ensuring jobs and income for employees of more than 16 million VND/person/month.

The company will focus on investing in key projects to exploit and effectively use apatite resources to serve the long-term development of the company and the group; focus on researching deep processing projects to increase the value of apatite ore resources.

The new Executive Committee was introduced to the congress.

The Congress elected a new Executive Committee of 21 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Van Dong, Party Secretary and General Director of Apatite Vietnam Company Limited, continued to be elected as Party Secretary for the 23rd term.
