The purpose of the coordination regulation is to create a close connection between the Tax Department and the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province, thereby helping to improve the efficiency in performing state management functions and tasks for enterprises.

This regulation not only helps improve the investment environment and attract investment, but also ensures that businesses fully fulfill their tax obligations in accordance with the law, thereby creating equality in business activities.

According to the regulations, the two sides will coordinate in sharing information on the implementation of tax obligations, tax policies related to enterprises operating in economic zones and industrial parks in Quang Nam province; the contents of tax policy propaganda, administrative procedure reform, and solving problems arising in the process of production and business activities.

The two parties exchange information about existing enterprises and investment projects; new enterprises and newly-arising investment projects; progress of investment project implementation; project transfer status or receipt of transfer of assets attached to land; enterprises that have temporarily suspended operations, are no longer operating at the registered address, have ceased operations, are dissolved, or are bankrupt.

In addition, information on enterprises licensed for construction and installation; investors and contractors implementing bidding packages in economic zones and industrial zones.

Along with that, the application of information technology in tax management will be promoted to reform administrative procedures, reduce costs and time for businesses, and improve the efficiency of tax management.

The signing ceremony of this coordination charter marks an important step forward in building a favorable and transparent investment environment in Quang Nam, contributing to promoting sustainable economic development.
