"Pot of love porridge" is one of the charity programs of the Youth Union of Agribank Vinh Phuc Branch, which has been implemented for many years with the aim of providing nutritional support to patients in difficult circumstances. It has been widely replicated and received strong response from the community.
At 5:00 a.m., the kitchen at the Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital was already lit. Here, the members of the Youth Union of Agribank Vinh Phuc Bank are busy making sure that the full, hot "Pot of Love Porridge" can reach the poor patients as soon as possible. The "Pot of Love Porridge" was deployed at the Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital and Lap Thach District Medical Center since 2019 and has received enthusiastic response from all the Youth Union members in the branch from the provincial level to the grassroots level and the community. Just like that, thousands of porridge portions have been given, gradually filling up, regularly every Thursday morning.
In the coming time, the Youth Union of Agribank Vinh Phuc Branch will continue to maintain the model of “Pot of Love Porridge” for poor patients. At the same time, mobilize more sponsors to support money and food to increase the nutritional quality of meals and expand it to the remaining districts in the province. Thereby, adding strength and confidence for poor patients to overcome difficulties.
