(NLDO) - On the afternoon of February 3, Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to merge the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.
According to the decision of the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, from February 3, 2025, the Propaganda Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee and the Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee will merge under the name of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Vo Thanh Binh, Head of the Propaganda Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
These are the first two agencies of Binh Thuan province to merge in the process of implementing the reorganization of the local apparatus.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh said that the establishment of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee is very important, aiming to implement the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus, thereby improving the quality of Party building and mass mobilization work in the province.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh requested all cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to promote their sense of responsibility to the fullest, strengthen solidarity and unity, and work together to successfully complete assigned tasks.

On February 3, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Do Thai Duong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Bac Binh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
On the same day, the Department of Home Affairs of Binh Thuan province announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on accepting Mr. Cao Son Dung (born in 1974) - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Bac Binh District Party Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, for a term of 5 years.
At the same time, announce the Decision of the Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Phan Duong Cuong - Director of the Department of Construction to hold the position of Head of the Management Board of Binh Thuan Industrial Parks, for a term of 5 years.
