The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued Decision No. 2245QD-BCT on organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2024 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2024".

The program is expected to take place from December 2 to December 31, 2024: allowing businesses to apply a promotional limit of up to 100%. This promises to bring many attractive incentives and great shopping opportunities for consumers.
The program aims to organize simultaneous promotions nationwide, combining traditional and e-commerce activities to create a spread and attract the participation of production and business enterprises in all fields.
Through the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2024 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2024", businesses will proactively carry out many promotional activities with diverse and attractive content so that consumers can buy products and services that ensure quality and reasonable prices.
In addition, the program is implemented to stimulate domestic consumer market, promote production and business activities to contribute to economic recovery and development. Thereby, raising awareness of domestic consumers about Vietnamese goods and services through communication activities on mass media.
Promotional activities combined with the organization of fairs, exhibitions, displays, product introductions and traditional festivals in the locality promote products, regional culture of Vietnam and attract tourism.
The "National Concentrated Promotion 2024" program is organized simultaneously nationwide by the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) as the focal point, in coordination with relevant units of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally run cities; associations and industries.
Enterprises and related organizations to carry out activities to launch, guide and support enterprises in implementing promotional programs combining traditional trade and e-commerce to help create a spillover effect and attract the participation of production and business enterprises in all fields.
In addition, the enterprise must also ensure that promotional activities are carried out legally, honestly, publicly, transparently, and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of consumers; ensure the quality of goods and services as well as regulations on administrative procedures according to current regulations.
With the effect of connecting supply and demand spreading strongly and widely across the country through traditional trade and e-commerce activities, localities, organizations and businesses will proactively coordinate to implement promotional activities combined with fairs, exhibitions, events... locally to not only promote domestic consumption but also contribute to attracting international tourists to Vietnam.
Accompanying the community of businesses and consumers, customers nationwide in the program will be the coordination between state management agencies, industry associations, organizations and people in promoting, guiding, inspecting, supervising... promotional activities of businesses, contributing to ensuring publicity, transparency, full compliance with legal regulations, contributing to ensuring the effectiveness of business operations as well as the rights of consumers.
Continuing the results achieved in previous years, along with the promotional activities, trade promotion, demand stimulation, development and strengthening of supply chain links of goods implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the recent past, the program "National Concentrated Promotion 2024 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2024" is expected to continue the success of the program in previous years, to help increase retail sales of goods and service revenue, contributing to the growth of Vietnam's economy in 2024.
