In recent months, Mr. D. (in Hanoi) noticed that his electricity bill had increased by several hundred thousand dong. After checking the camera in front of his house, he discovered that some technology drivers often came to charge their cars or phones. Mr. D.'s house's porch is always lit and has 2 external power outlets (which can be turned off by the circuit breaker in the house).
Among them, Mr. D. was most impressed by the male technology driver who accidentally came to his house at 2am on February 4. At first, the homeowner did not understand the young man's actions, only seeing him standing around for a while. Later, the driver took out a motorbike charger, and he understood that the driver wanted to charge his motorbike.

"I was surprised by the male driver's actions. Many people charged and left immediately, but this one was the only one who thanked him carefully. I both laughed and felt sorry for him," said Mr. D.
In fact, through security cameras, the homeowner discovered several drivers coming to his house to charge their vehicles for the past several months, but he never cut off the electricity.
He expressed his understanding of the feelings of many workers driving at night and in the early morning in cold weather, so he wanted to support them. To ensure safety, he also arranged fire-fighting equipment next to the power outlets.
