On April 1, in Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam province, Colonel Le Huy, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2, met, assigned tasks, and encouraged the "Skilled Civil Affairs" contest team at the Ministry of National Defense level in 2025 in the Southern region, held in Da Nang city.

The Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2 read a letter from Lieutenant General Bui Quoc Oai, Political Commissar of the Vietnam Coast Guard, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Head of the Vietnam Coast Guard Command, sending his best regards and wishes to the team participating in the first "Skillful Civil Affairs" Contest for the entire army in 2025.

Colonel Le Huy emphasized that the 2025 "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Contest for the entire army is an extremely practical activity, aiming to raise awareness, responsibility and capacity for leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of mass mobilization tasks of Party committees, political commissars, political officers, commanders and political agencies at all levels, while at the same time promoting new models, good, creative and effective practices. Thereby, fostering skills, knowledge and experience in mass mobilization work for specialized cadres in particular and cadres and soldiers in the entire army in general.
