(HNMO) - On the evening of June 14, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union organized an exchange program between the United Nations peacekeeping force of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5 and its members and youth of Ho Chi Minh City.
At the exchange program, Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Phuoc Tuong, administrative officer of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5; Senior Captain Nguyen Manh Hiep, nurse of the air ambulance team; Lieutenant Colonel Trinh My Hoa, Head of the Examination Department of Military Hospital 175, former Director of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 3; Senior Lieutenant, Doctor Tong Van Anh, Doctor of the Obstetrics Department, District Hospital 175, former Secretary of the Youth Union of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 3, interacted with the audience and shared their feelings and pride when performing peacekeeping missions at the South Sudan Mission.
During the journey of the Green Berets to carry out their international mission at the Republic of South Sudan mission, the image of doctors and soldiers with the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers at the Level 2 Field Hospital has become familiar and close to the members and youth of Ho Chi Minh City.
At the program, the Secretariat of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City and Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5 signed a program of coordination activities for the period 2023-2027.
Before that, the delegates attended the incense offering and flower offering ceremony in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Museum; visited the traditional room of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City; visited the exhibition space of images on the activities of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House.
