Project 02: GREEN TECHNOLOGY AND POST-SALT CHEMICALS COMPLEX PROJECT

• Investment goal: Build a factory with capacity scale: 720,000 tons/year NaOH: 850,000 tons/year EDC; 400,000 tons/year VCM: 400,000 tons/year PVC.

• Area: 101 hectares.

• Land origin: Land currently in use by households and individuals.

• Current land status: Mostly vacant land, some locations are planted with perennial trees (soursop, neem...).

• Investment objective: Invest in the construction and completion of the technical infrastructure system of industrial clusters, aiming to attract industries that have little impact on the environment. Develop processing and manufacturing industries, with priority given to: processing of agricultural, forestry and fishery products: mechanical, electronic and information technology assembly and production: high-tech factories; supporting industries: construction materials; garments, leather shoes for export; handicrafts, traditional industries and other industries suitable to local development needs.

• Area: 45 hectares.

• Land origin: Land currently in use by households and individuals.

• Current land status: Mostly vacant land, some locations are planted with perennial trees (soursop, neem...).

Project 04: TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT OF SEAFOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER

• Estimated investment capital: 178,352 billion VND.

Currently, the People's Committee of Thuan Nam district has approved the task of the General Construction Planning of Phuoc Nam commune, Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province until 2030 in Decision No. 2146/QD-UBND dated December 14, 2023.
