On November 20, 2024, Vietnam Post held a conference to deploy personnel work and appoint the Director of Agricultural Products and E-commerce Business. Deputy General Director Pham Anh Tuan attended and presented the appointment decision to the staff. Also attending the ceremony were representatives of the Organization and Personnel Department, Departments, Centers and the General Corporation Office; the collective leadership and key personnel of the Agricultural Products and E-commerce Business Center.
Accordingly, the Corporation received and temporarily appointed Mr. Pham Quyet Tien, Deputy Director of the Institute for Agricultural Support Technology Research - Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations to hold the position of Director of the Center for Agricultural Products Trading and E-commerce.

On behalf of the Corporation's leaders, speaking at the Conference, Deputy General Director Pham Anh Tuan emphasized: The appointment of a young comrade with high expertise and experience in agricultural management, with extensive capacity in developing and managing the agricultural supply chain will be a new driving force, a new wind for the new development of the Center.
Besides organizing the production and business apparatus, Comrade Tien also needs to quickly adapt to the new environment and new culture to maximize the strength of the enterprise and maximize his own capacity.

The Deputy General Director expects that with the capacity, experience and enthusiasm of Comrade Tien and the existing team, the Agricultural Products and E-commerce Trading Center will truly become a spearhead center, one of the business pillars of the Corporation, contributing significantly to the Corporation's revenue in the coming time, especially in the period of 2025-2030.
“With the goal of developing a sustainable business platform, the Center will focus on supporting agricultural products produced by farmers to reach domestic and international markets through modern and synchronized e-commerce and logistics channels, while helping consumers quickly access high-quality, safe products produced by Vietnamese people,” the Deputy General Director believes.
Mr. Pham Quyet Tien, Director of the Center for Agricultural Products and E-commerce, gave a speech accepting the assignment.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Director of the Agricultural Products and E-commerce Center, Pham Quyet Tien, affirmed that he will make every effort, work with full responsibility and enthusiasm, and devote his intelligence and efforts to the aspiration of bringing OCOP products to new heights through e-commerce platforms and new forms of trading, transportation, and processing in the digital age. In addition, Mr. Pham Quyet Tien also pledged to unite with the staff and employees of the Center for the common development in the future of Vietnam Post.
