Ca Mau Provincial Post Office: Unite and strive to complete the Campaign "120 days of action

On September 17-18, 2024, Comrade Nguyen Hung Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation and Comrade Do Quang Dao - Deputy Head of the Organization Board of the Party Committee of the Corporation had a working session to deploy the Campaign "120 days of action - Successfully reaching the finish line" at Ca Mau Provincial Post Office.

At the meeting, comrade Le Van Chien, Director of the Provincial Post Office, reported on the results of the unit's production and business plan in the first 8 months of the year and the implementation direction for the last 4 months of the year.

Comrade Nguyen Hung Son acknowledged the results that the Provincial Post Office has achieved, and at the same time requested the Board of Directors of the Provincial Post Office , leaders of affiliated units and functional departments to focus all efforts to effectively implement the Campaign.

In addition to closely following the business scenario and the direction of the General Corporation's leadership, the unit needs to assign specific targets to groups/post offices/Commune Post Offices - Culture and to each individual employee in the unit. Service revenue targets need to be linked to the business mechanism and competition program to motivate employees to strive to complete. The work of monitoring, tracking, and checking results and implementation progress needs to be carried out daily and weekly to promptly urge and adjust targets, contributing to the unit's successful implementation of the Campaign "120 days of action - Successfully reaching the finish line".
