The conference was held online. Attending at the Vietnam Post Corporation bridge point were Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation. At the Quang Nam Provincial Post Office bridge point were Mr. Phan Nhu Tan - Head of the Tam Ky City Party Committee Organization Board; Mr. Tran Viet Hung - Director of Quang Nam Provincial Post Office and officers and employees of the Provincial Post Office.

At the conference, Vietnam Post Corporation announced Decision No. 398 dated March 19, 2025 on the temporary appointment of Mr. Tran Phu Thanh - Director of Duy Xuyen District Post Office to hold the position of Deputy Director of Quang Nam Provincial Post Office; the appointment term is 3 years, starting from April 1, 2025.

Mr. Tran Phu Thanh (born in 1978, from Duy Phu commune, Duy Xuyen district); professional qualification: Master of Computer Science; political qualification: Intermediate. Mr. Thanh has many years of working in the postal industry and has held many positions such as Deputy Head of Technical Department of Quang Nam Provincial Post Office; Deputy Director of Tam Ky Regional Post Office; Director of Duy Xuyen District Post Office...

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation said that Mr. Tran Phu Thanh is a well-trained officer with a long working time and experience in many positions in the industry. The leaders of the corporation hope that with his new position and responsibility, Mr. Tran Phu Thanh will excellently complete his tasks, and together with Quang Nam Post, achieve many better achievements in the coming period.

It is known that on January 7, 2025, in Khanh Hoa province, Vietnam Post Corporation held an announcement and presented the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of Quang Nam Provincial Post Office to hold the position of Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Post Office.
Currently, Quang Nam Provincial Post Office has 2 Deputy Directors, Ms. Tran Thi Mai Phuong and Mr. Tran Phu Thanh.
