BHG - On the morning of June 15, in Ha Giang city, the Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with the University of Information and Communications Technology under Thai Nguyen University organized a training course on knowledge and practical skills in creating news, articles, and propaganda images on the digital media system of provincial agencies, units, districts, and cities.

The training course attracted the participation of more than 200 students from departments, agencies, sectors, press agencies of the province and districts and cities. The course will take place over 2 days, from June 15 to 16. Participating in the training course, students will listen to lecturers from the University of Information and Communication Technology convey 4 topics: Knowledge and communication skills on the social networking platform Facebook and portals, electronic information pages; skills in taking photos, recording videos and processing images on smartphones; basic graphic design skills for communication products.
Through the training course, students will improve their awareness of communication, skills in building and practicing writing news, articles, filming videos, and taking photos; thereby creating quality communication products that are suitable for the development of society; at the same time, improving the effectiveness of propaganda work on digital media of agencies and units, meeting the needs of readers as well as the requirements of political tasks set forth by agencies and units.
